The term 'advertiser' refers to the one who presents advertisements to the site on their own behalf. The term 'buyer' refers to the one who peruses the site for the purpose of purchasing items so listed. The term 'client' refers to those individuals or companies who subscribe for the provision of special services. |
| 2 | It is deemed by all parties that the supplier accepts no responsibility as to the fitness of purpose or quality of any item so displayed on this site and that advertisers/clients indemnify the supplier against any actions taken by any third party in connection with any display presented by the advertiser/client. |
| 3 | The supplier declares that it is the responsibility of the advertiser/client to check the details when published and advise the supplier accordingly of any difficulties, errors or omissions. |
| 4 | The supplier cannot guarantee any position or timing of entries as this can be affected by systems beyond our control. Publishing times are normally immediate as you enter. |
| 5 | Payment for special services must be made and cleared prior to publishing. |
| 6 | Compensation for errors and omissions with regard to paid services will be limited to a maximum of the premium paid for such services recompensed either by refund or replacement. All design work will be subject to the approval of proofs signed to the satisfaction of the client. |
| 7 | Advertisers/clients agree not to enter indecent, profane or otherwise illegal entries on this site and will indemnify the supplier to that effect (Including links to other sites). |
| 8 | The term 'Free Ad' is applied to the provision of the medium for carrying the entries not the cost of submitting the entry to the site. The 'Free Ad' feature applies to a maximum of 50 words of text per item for non commercial entries.. |
| 9 | The supplier reserves the right to refuse an entry for whatever reason it sees fit. |
| 10 | Details about you given to the supplier may be used to promote other services and products which could present you with opportunities otherwise not available through normal channels. |
| 11 | Companies, Traders and Breeders are not entitled to 'Free Ads' and the law states all commercial advertisements must be declared. |
| 12 | All photographs presented to the supplier by advertisers/clients are deemed to be free of copyright and suitable for publication. Due to technical issues the quality resulting from compression and transmission may be less than photographic content of supplied material and must be accepted. |
| 13 | The Supplier reserves the right to modify the presentation of text submitted, e.g. use of capital letters and restating of the same details already visible when viewed in a search, but will not change the content of the Ad. The Supplier also reserves the right to remove, in whole or part, any Ad that is deemed to have broken any of the terms stated on this page. . |
